Season Two Auditions Now Open for SHIFT—THE EGO AT WORK Reality Series Based on Susan K. Wehrley’s New Book
MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Leadership coach, consultant, speaker, and author Susan K. Wehrley is now accepting applications for Season Two of her docu-reality series, SHIFT—THE EGO AT WORK, inspired by her newly released best-selling book, SHIFT THE EGO AT WORK.
For 37 years, Wehrley has helped leaders and organizations move beyond reactive leadership through her trademarked Gut Intelligence® Blueprint & Architecture, a methodology that helps leaders shift from the ego’s chattering mind—the noise created by fear, pressure, and uncertainty—to alignment with their intuitive knowing and executive functioning. The result is clearer decision-making, stronger collaboration, and teams aligned around a shared vision, values, and goals.
Her work has been implemented in organizations ranging from Summit Credit Union to Harley-Davidson, along with hundreds of businesses and organizations across a wide range of industries.

Throughout seven episodes, contestants encounter real-life obstacles while applying the Gut Intelligence® Blueprint to remain clear, calm, and confident under pressure while competing against each other and working toward the goals they established at the beginning of the season. Participants ranged from business owners and professionals to artists and individuals seeking greater alignment in their personal relationships and lives.
Season Two shifts the focus to business leadership and organizational growth by adding the proven Gut Intelligence® Architecture to help leaders align their people, culture, and activities around a shared purpose achieved through vision, values, goals, and clear priorities.
Cameras will capture the process inside participating companies, documenting the challenges, breakthroughs, and transformations as they happen. Scores will be awarded for key leadership and organizational shifts, and participating businesses will compete against one another as the transformation occurs in each episode.
Business owners selected for filming will work directly with Wehrley while implementing the Gut Intelligence® Blueprint inside their organizations, allowing viewers to witness authentic leadership challenges, pivotal moments, and measurable transformation—with the goal of being both enlightening and entertaining.
To be considered for Season Two, applicants must:
- Own or lead a business with 10 or more employees
- Be willing to be filmed throughout the transformation process
- Be committed to strengthening leadership, collaboration, culture, and overall business results
