Over the past 35 years, Susan K. Wehrley has built herself into one of the most sought after leadership coaches, in-demand keynote speakers, and thought-provoking authors in the industry of women's leadership development and mindfulness.

Her story is anything but ordinary...

At age 16, Susan knew she wanted to be a motivational speaker and author. Perhaps this was due to her female mentors who motivated her. First, there was her aunt who was the president of an all-girls catholic college in Milwaukee (Mt. Mary College). Then, there was her mother: A successful entrepreneur. And finally, there was her favorite motivational speakers she watched on PBS every Sunday like: Leo Buscaglia and Zig Ziglar. After she graduated from college with a business and communication degree, Susan took a job as a sales leader with a national direct mail company called Advo Systems (now Valassis). After making 6-figures in sales by the age of 28 years old, Dale Carnegie asked her to be a part-time trainer for their company.

Discovering her passion for business development and training, Susan set out to start her own company, Susan K. Wehrley & Associates, Inc. by the age of 30. As fate would have it, Susan quickly landed her first account: Pepsi-Cola, who was happy with the results of Susan's Sales and Leadership Development program. As a result, they recommended her to a leather seat manufacturing company called, Milsco Manufacturing. After working with Milsco and improving their leadership and teamwork skills, Milsco recommended Susan to their biggest customer, Harley-Davidson. Susan was hired by Harley-Davidson to help them grow their H.O.G. Department (Harley Owners Group) and S.P.O.C. Department (Single Point of Contact for dealers) so they could give an extraordinary customer experience to their Harley owners and dealers. Referrals grew from there, which launched Susan's business.

Clients gave Susan the feedback that she was a Business Intuitive, who could quickly assimilate information and get down to the root cause and need for a company's growth. This led Susan to test her Gut Intelligence (GQ) methodology for over two decades. Finally, in 2010, Susan re-branded herself as an Executive Coach and renamed her business to "BIZremedies". In 2018, Susan trademarked her Gut Intelligence (GQ) process: The intuitive process that helps leaders to put the pieces of the puzzle together so they can get to that "a-ha" knowing-a heightened awareness that makes sense to the gut, heart, and head.

“The Gut Intelligence (GQ) Process” helps leaders to trust their intuitive knowing so they can make effective decisions at the tip of the iceberg when early signs appear. This is necessary in today's unprecedented times, where pivoting fast is a necessary leadership trait. While Susan continues to work with corporate clients, and male executives, Susan has made a conscious effort to focus on women leaders to help them reach higher levels of leadership in companies on boards, in the community, and within their entrepreneurial endeavors.

In addition to being an Executive Coach, Trainer and Keynote Speaker, Susan is the author of 12 books on how to achieve the life you want through greater mindfulness and leadership:

Her most recent book is, The Cheetah Method.

In The Cheetah Method, Susan gives you her best techniques on how to trust yourself in decision-making so you can create the life you love, at work and home.

In addition to Susan's books, you can download The Cheetah Method App for free on The App Store or Google Play

Finally, you may have also heard Susan on her radio show on WISN and Smooth Jazz called, "Performance Solutions". She was also featured two years in a row on Milwaukee Public Television as the main speaker for their annual fundraiser.

In her free time, you will likely see Susan on her boat zipping around Pewaukee Lake with clients on her boat. Susan believes the water is a natural source to help us get out of our head and into our intuitive knowing.
