The SHIFT The Ego at Work program and all related tools, worksheets, and materials are licensed for use only by enrolled participants in meetings and conversations with their teams.
The following are not permitted without a licensing agreement:
  • Uploading materials to shared drives, portals, intranet, or LMS platforms
  • Duplicating or redistributing worksheets or PDFs within the organization
  • Repackaging or integrating the tools into internal trainings, on boarding, or leadership programs
  • Teaching or facilitating non-participants
  • Company-wide or department-wide deployment
