Our SHIFT Mastermind Program for Leaders starts with a cutting-edge online assessment that uses our Gut Intelligence (GQ) process to pinpoint exactly what's fueling, as well as blocking your leadership potential.
Second Stage: SHIFT
After your assessment, Susan will not only give you your assessment results, she will work with you to develop a clear vision, values, and goal's roadmap, including a tailored strategy to ensure you are fully integrating into your leadership potential. Many leaders are used to getting the instant gratification of "doing." You will learn to delay the instant gratification of doing to instead ignite your talent's potential so they are focused on making decisions aligned to your vision, values, and goals for maximum impact - cheetah speed, of course. This will all be done in 6 bi-monthly one hour coaching sessions on zoom.
In addition to the 6 one-hour coaching sessions, you will also get an online SHIFT Leadership Platform to guide you on learning the following leadership skills:
- Gut Intelligence (GQ) – Leaders trust their intuition and help employees develop their own. This isn’t just gut feeling—it’s deep, integrated decision-making using instinct, experience, and data. Because cues are seen early on at the tip of the iceberg, there is time for Ready-Aim-Fire! This is in contrast to the leadership style of Fire-Fire-Fire! When leaders are not tapping into their Gut Intelligence (GQ), they have plenty of time to be ask their talent "How might you make a decision aligned to the vision, values, and goals?" The SHIFT online platform will teach you how to do this effectively.
- Empowered Teams – Leadership isn’t about control; it’s about creating conditions where teams feel trusted and empowered to act decisively in alignment to the vision, values, and goals. The SHIFT online platform will teach you how to do this effectively.
- Adaptive Decision-Making – Instead of rigid processes, leaders adjust strategies based on real-time insights and bench-marks that are set up in advance. Process improvement is considered the norm, as is agility and pivoting where necessary. The SHIFT online platform will teach you how to do this effectively.
- Culture of Psychological Safety – Employees feel safe to share ideas, take risks, and adjust decisions. There is no fear of "Failure." Learning quickly and adjusting fast, like the cheetah, is the new norm.
- Energy Flow vs. Control – Instead of controlling every move, intuitive leaders focus on creating an environment where energy, creativity, innovation, and intuition naturally flow. The SHIFT online platform will teach you how to do this effectively.
- Inner Board of Directors – Leaders consult with their gut alerts, responding to cues at the tip of the iceberg. - S.T.O.P. Technique – A method for pausing, sensing, and making aligned choices instead of reacting from fear or ego. The SHIFT online platform will teach you how to do this effectively.
Stage Three: Elevate
In addition, you will elevate your leadership by participating in the SHIFT Challenge Experience: An outdoor all-day challenge experience designed to help you face your fear and elevate your consciousness. The morning begins in the conference room with training on the SHIFT: Gut Intelligence Blueprint and ends after the challenge course, tower climb, zipline, and campfire debriefing on how you've been getting in your own way and how to SHIFT into your leadership potential. There will be 3 Spring/Summer possible dates to choose from that will be announced in January of 2026.
