1) An online S.W.O.T. (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis of your business, including up to 5 key people to give input
2) A two-hour individual virtual coaching session
3) Eight 20-minute virtual training modules:
- Discover the steps to engage employees to align to your vision, values, and goals.
- Learn how to align your talent's activities to your vision, values, and goals.
- Techniques to hold people accountable on a monthly basis to improve alignment and performance.
- Ten steps to create a Hybrid work model where stakeholders are bought in, have freedom, yet are part of the culture.
- Learn the keys and practical tools for productivity in a Hybrid Work environment.
- Learn leadership skills to lead your talent to enlightenment instead of managing by fear.
- Teach your talent to see cues at the tip of the iceberg so they are addressing concerns before they become problems.
- How to use the Collaborative Conversation to resolve differences and get to the best decisions, which include the solutions plus the buy-in.
4) One 3-hour group *virtual coaching session (last Monday of the months: Jan, April, July, Oct. 6-8 pm cst)
5) Our monthly *virtual meditation, the first Monday of every month 6-8 pm
