The SHIFT Team Building Challenge
Just like in our docu-reality series called SHIFT: The Gut Intelligence Blueprint, we will take your team out to the course to have them meet the challenge and recognize their reaction pattern when they feel out of control. By recognizing their relating style and reaction pattern, they begin to see how this translates into their thoughts and behaviors at work. With self-awareness, they are able to detach from the thoughts and behaviors they now realize have been counter-productive.
Here’s how it works:
Step One: Online Pre-Assessment
You identify the key talent that you desire to be more aligned and attuned to the vision, values, and goals. It could be a department, a cross-function team of leaders, or a project team.
We then email them an online assessment to understand the dynamics that are driving dis-connect instead of synergy and success.
Research shows that when there is self-awareness of the dynamics getting in the way and a new skill that is taught to help people re-align, they are more apt to make the changes needed to succeed.
With each assessment, your talent will receive a personalized Gut Intelligence™ profile revealing:

Step Two: We go out to the Challenge Course
This allows Susan to put this assessment and awareness into practice. When this behavior appears on the course, Susan will call it out and show them a new skill to make the SHIFT. This is real-time coaching at its best!
Step Three: The SHIFT Campfire De-Briefing
After the assessment and the Challenge Course, we head to the campfire to de-brief the thoughts and behavior that showed up on the course and lock down the SHIFT that needs to occur at work.
The 2-hour de-briefing session includes:
